• We are happy to assist you with your inquiry. We do not recommend plugging the unit in below the counter to prevent the risk of someone from grabbing the cord and pulling it off the counter.

• I don't have small kids so I know the wire will not get snagged and the fryer will not fall off the island. When using a kitchen island and plug it into the side below the counter use caution.

• I've used it in all electrical outlets in my kitchen. No issues.
