“I have the Ninja Specialty coffee maker. I am using the ‘delay brew’ setting. However, I set the size to either regular mug or travel mug size, but the warming plate doesn’t turn on and my freshly brewed coffee is cold when I get to it. Can you help?”

Once the coffee is finished brewing change your setting to either half pot or full pot and hit keep warm. It will stay on for at least an hour
