• Hello, We are happy to confirm that you can set the Stay Warm feature, on the Ninja Coffee Bar® 10-Cup Coffee Maker, for up to 4 hours. After the set time, the warming plate will turn off automatically. With this being said, the Hot Surface light will illuminate when the warming plate is hot. It will stay illuminated until the warming plate is cool. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team

• Yes it turns off the warming plate you can turn off the main switch and the warming plate will keep the coffee hot for as long as you have it set
