“Why does the clean light stay on?”

• First ensure it is the clean light and not the "stop drip". If so, clean it. It is telling you that It is time to clean it via cleaning cycle with cleaning agent.

• Because you need to clean it ;) RTFM. Vinager and water does the trick.
