• Hello Kyanite, We are happy to confirm that the Ninja Coffee Bar® with Glass Carafe brews between 184 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit for Half Carafe and Full Carafe. When brewing a Cup or Travel mug it brews between 137 and 175 degrees Fahrenheit. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team
