• Well can't steam it but you can warm up the milk and use the frother that it comes with to make it frothy for your cappaccinos and lattes.

• The model I bought doesn't steam the milk for you. It does come with a microwavable milk frother, however. Pour some milk in it, microwave it, and froth away. Presto! Frothy milk!

• Yes/No. The unit I purchased and returned came with a french press type of gadget that you filled with milk, put in the microwave, the pumped the frother up and down to get the frothy mix. The unit itself does not steam milk.
