Openening the filter drawer usually works best for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It slides out the top of the unit. I tend to use that included filter and a normal disposable coffee filter, for easy clean up and to get that extra filtration.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hope after 2 weeks of this question being up you figured it out, but if not you just have to insert at a slight angle, and it should just slide right back into place!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.when putting the coffee filter back in make sure the handle is facing either left or right. It will not fit if you Abe the handle facing the front or back.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are 2 parts to the filter, the gold filter and the filter holder basket. The gold filter only fits into the basket 1 way and it just slides in. The filter basket slides back into the top of the coffee bar by, at a slight downward angle (it will not go in if you try and push it from a straight on approach), align the longer end of the basket to the groves on the top portion of the machine then as you slowly insert the basket (while holding the handle portion of the basket), lift up from that angle you started from and the basket should just slide right in. Hope this was helpful , if not then I know you can see it on YouTube.
