I found the ease of this machine amazing. Considering how I approach making my morning coffee...anyone above the counter can produce good results. I fill the water well the night before, Use coffee pre- ground but kept in an air proof container until I use it, I use the non-paper filter and use the recommended scoop and measurement. The only absolute is always wash your pot and filter and the holder each day to maintain wonderful taste.

Please try again later.Place both feet on the floor and get ready for a really good cup of coffee...LOL Read the reviews and it pretty much covers everything you can expect. Unlike some other coffeemakers, it does not warn you that you are out of water to make a full cup. I just discovered this the other day when it stopped halfway through the cycle and I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. My other coffeemaker warned me and wouldn't even start making coffee if it was out.
