“can you brew tea in it?”

• It's not a K-Cup machine so to brew tea, you'd just have to run it empty to get hot water from it. I don't think brewing tea through the coffee basket would let the water seep long enough to taste good.

• Hammy, The Ninja - Coffee Bar Brewer With Glass Carafe has been known to make tea, however if loose tea is used, it most probably would include coffee residue, so the filter would have to be flushed clean prior. Hope this was helpful. Best Regards, Customer Service Team

• There is nothing in the manual or any settings for tea; however, I've put tea in the filter and brewed it to make tea. I haven't had any issues doing that so far.

• Brewing times for tea tend to be Very precise. You could do it but you may not be happy with the outcome. Also you wouldn’t want to do it in a machine you have already made coffee in. It will have an extremely negative affect on the flavor of your tea!!!
