“I followed the instructions for descaling my Ninja, however the light does not go off. what can I do?”

• We have had this multiple times on our coffee maker. We descale it with vinegar and it tends to take more times to clean than it says. We usually do the long 4 hour one and it tends to work a bit better.

• Just descale it again with plain water. That has worked for me when the light does not go off after using the desclaling process.

• continue the process until the light turns off if its still on it still means its dirty i use vinegar, one flush with vinegar and two with only water
