“cleaned maker when single came on......ran it 3 times.....clean light does not go off! Clock screen has some code (unable to tell what they are 3 letters), but now no time shows in window......how is the "clean indicator light " turned off?”

It takes about one hour to descale. I discovered I needed to press the descale button to start the process.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It won’t go off until you descale. Follow measurements precisely for vinegar and water. I tried to skimp and it didn’t work. Also press the descale button to begin. Light will go off when it is done. It takes about an hour plus the flush
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased mine as a gift. After reading a lot of reviews regarding this same issue, I found someone with an answer and I bought it. He suggested using a de- scaler not vinegar to clean the machine. Hope it works
