• The Combi Multicooker doesn’t use gas, so there’s nothing that needs to be burned off. We recommend washing all removable accessories in warm, soapy water and letting them dry thoroughly. After that, run the cooker on empty for a few minutes to help clear any remaining manufacturing residue.
