For the Ninja Crispi Pro 6-in-1 Countertop Glass Air Fryer, the minimum temperature for cooking depends on the function. The lowest temperature you can set is 80°F when using the Dehydrate function. For other cooking modes, the lowest is 250°F for Roast and Bake/Proof.
