“Anyone have issues with their carafe not staying warm? The coffee is very hot when I use the single cup option, but when I make a pot it isn’t very hot.”

I’m having trouble getting the Warmer option to turn on. I’ve made full pots and never see the Warmer icon lit up. I choose the correct brew cycle. Also can’t see the boil or hot temp indicators since I first started the setup. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The thermal carafe model does not have a warmer plate. The thermal carafe is designed to keep coffee hot for hours. If you want a warmer plate, you'll need to obtain the model that is supplied with a glass carafe.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! Our coffee is only hot if we pour it the second it is brewed. It is because their lid does not seal off. Ninja needs to redesign this lid. I am on the phone with them right now about this and they're going to send me another karafe. Um....... I don't think that's going to fix it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just purchased this unit and am having the same troubles. It seems like the carafe only keeps the coffee hot for about an hour max. I'm not sure why so many people are advising you to get a different model if you want a warming plate, since you didn't ask about a warming plate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Rinse the carafe with HOT water first. That will warm the carafe and will keep the coffee hotter longer. It's what we do with tea pots to keep tea hot
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have a thermal carafe, you will not have a warmer. If you have a glass carafe, like I do, then you should have an intelligent warming plate. See the description in the owners manual. Note the warming light icon will not come on until after the unit has become warm. Per the manual "It will stay on until the plate is cooled down."
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ninja needs to redesign the lid to the steel carafe. The coffee doesn't stay hot. This carafe at least needs a sealing cap to add after brewing. I love the frother, and versatility of the dual brew unit, but it is very annoying to have to carry every cup (except the first) across the kitchen to the microwave for reheating. All my other steel coffee carafes keep coffee warm for 4 hours. Ninja missed the mark here.
