“Hi so I recently purchased the Ninja dual brew pro and I have not been able to use my Kpod in it yet every time I go to try making coffee with a pod it makes really bad noises and beeps and says clean which I do but still have not been able to use pod”

• We had the same trouble but my says add water and is full. My husband puts the kcup in and let the lid push it down instead of u. That helped

• I have not had any issues with mine. My wife uses the pods all the time. I use the pot version.
