“Hi so I recently purchased the Ninja dual brew pro and I have not been able to use my Kpod in it yet every time I go to try making coffee with a pod it makes really bad noises and beeps and says clean which I do but still have not been able to use pod”

We had the same trouble but my says add water and is full. My husband puts the kcup in and let the lid push it down instead of u. That helped
