• I had the same issue but cleaning it helped. Make sure you clean where you insert the k-cup and the place under it as well

• Make sure you are using a coned filter # 4 and don’t overfill beyond the waterline. For a full pot I usually put in 5 scoops of ground coffee in the filter. Push the button for 55 oz classic. That should be it. I hope I was able to help. Have a nice day.
