“We purchased the Ninja DualBrew 12-cup system for the stainless steel carafe. Oddly enough, we like it except for the carafe. Because the carafe has no lip, it spreads everywhere and makes a mess every time. Does anyone else have that issue?”

We have tried multiple approaches to solving the "drip" issue with carafe-slow, faster, aligning the lid, full pot vs. Smaller volume. We have not solved this issue. Only thing that annoys me, otherwise great purchase.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We got our Ninja for about a month already and used the carafe many times, we don’t spill it. We pour from where we know the aperture is so we can be able to center it on our cups, also if the lid is not close properly it may cause the coffee to spill from a wider opening. My recommendation is to make sure the lid is properly close and pour directly and close to the cup.
