Does this coffee maker have a timer? null

Not sure what you mean by timer specifically but it does display the current time in the big middle button and you can set it to brew at a specific time.

Yes, it has a clock and you can delay brew time to set the coffee to brew in the morning if you want to wake up to a fresh pot of coffee.
