Try using different espresso pods this worked out well for me
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Possibly either the wrong pods are being used or they are slightly damaged. I had a pod with a bent rim that didn't work, but when using correct (and undamaged) pods, mine punctures and brews perfectly every time.
