“If I decide that a food is done before the time runs out at a specific temperature, how do I “cancel” the cooking event?”

• take food out and turn off oven. every time you go to cook something it will auto start on your last setting. so just go to the setting you want.

• First remove your food from the oven since it's done to your satisfaction. Then choose either of the round buttons on the oven handle. The 'Start/Stop" button on the right will end the current cooking function. The power button on the left will turn the system completely off. Note that in both cases the oven fan may continue to run to cool down the unit but the cooking event is over.
