• I used the Air Roast feature at 400F and cooked 2 1inch thick boneless pork chops for 30 min came out great and son juicy

• You are able to cook pork chops with this system and can use a few different functions to do so. Depending on how you would like the dish cooked you can use bake, air fry, air roast, broil or whole roast. The unit will come with an instruction booklet with some recommended cooking charts that include temperatures and times.

• Great instruction/recipe ideas come with oven. The oven can be used on bake, air fry ,air bake and broil functions. The oven will tell you what level of rack to use.I use the same temperature that I normally use in regular oven. I have fixed salmon fillets. I used the bake function at the same temp and length of time as usual. You will learn to adjust temp, length of time if needed.
