Is the unit hot to touch on outside? null

Front glass and back gets to hot to touch The top gets a little hot and will not burn your hand Sides stay cool Works well under counters

The unit does get hot on the outside but then all counter top ovens do regardless of the brand name. The heat must go somewhere. This is probably the best toaster oven I have found. Does an excellent job at everything - toasting, baking, air frying, etc. Plenty of power and accurate controls.
