“Has anyone else had problems where it takes over 20 minutes to start the actual pressure cooking? I had more than enough liquid in it tonight it took 20 minutes from when I set it to pressure cook to when the timer started counting up right time”

• I checked the sealing gasket, it wasn’t seated right.

• Could be damaged. When I pressure cook it only takes 8mins to charge up

• That is normal. The time to pressurize varies based on the amount and temperature of ingredients as well as liquid in the pot.
