• We would like to inform you that this great system has a Roast function. The dimensions of the inner pot are approximately 10.5" L x 10.5" W x 4.5" D. As long as the 4 lb roast beef can fit you can certainly cook it. With this being said, when you convert a traditional recipe for an oven, be sure to lower the temperature by 25°F.
