I buy the organic good and gather brand chicken breasts at Target because they seem to be the perfect size, where they aren't super thick, and they work PERFECTLY! Typically I will cook at 390 degrees for about 24 min and flip half way. They come out fully cooked and still nice and juicy. I've tried other brands that are thicker and those did NOT turn out well when cooking from frozen.

And I have been using it at least a couple times a week for a couple of years now. I do have a fire extinguisher just because you should have one anyway, but I didn't buy it specifically for this product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Im sure you can cook a frozen chicken breast...we cook frozen chicken strips...but I dont know how evenly it would cook. Im not sure where the smoking thing is coning from unless people are putting highly flammable stuff in the air fryer. Weve cooked tons of different things and Ive never had it smoke even using oil or coating meat with seasoning. Never wirried about a fire extinguisher but we have one in the kitchen anyway.
