You can cook chicken in this air fryer. Your chicken will be moist if you follow the cooking instructions. I have not tried cooking steak. Clean up is easy just using warm soapy water..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So far cleanup has been relatively easy. The nonstick surface works well. The basket and crisper plate are both dishwasher safe, but I would hand wash to preserve the nonstick surface as the dishwasher may wear through it quicker. I have cooked both chicken breast and ribeye steak and they both turned out well. You need to watch your timing though so you don’t over cook.
