Depends on how full you fill the basket. I made crispy crowns, about a 1-1/2" layer. Done in 8 mins.

If they're the frozen ones, about 15-20 minutes. If you're hand cutting potatoes for homemade fries, closer to 30.

The length of time will depend on the amount of fries and whether you are using a single basket or both baskets. The following are recommended cooking times.

- 1 lb in 1 basket  will take approximately 18-22 min 
- 1 lbs in 2 baskets will take approximately 28-32 mins 
- 2 lbs in 1 basket will take approximately 32-36 mins 
- 2 lbs in 2 baskets will take approximately 50-55 mins
