Hello, We would like to inform you that the Ninja® Foodi™ 8qt. 9-in-1 Deluxe XL Pressure Cooker & Air Fryer can be used to cook up to an 8 pound turkey breast. With this being said, this machine is not a deep fryer. It has an Air Crisp setting. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team
