• We would like to inform you that this system is 8 quarts. With this being said, you can make small meals for 2 to 3 people, or larger meals for 5 to 6 people.

• Depends on what you are cooking, but I prepare meals for up to 8 people on Sunday and have used it to prep meat and steamed veggies. I love my Ninja and traded up from an instant pot (which I also loved), but it did not have the dual pressure cook/ air fryer feature.
