• Wrong ! A non-stick coating based on PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) cannot be PFAS-free, as PTFE itself is a member of the PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkylated substances) family. PTFE is a fluoropolymer widely used in non-stick coatings such as Teflon. It is considered an eternal polutant and harmful to health.

• Neverstick is made from PTFE which is the chemical used for Teflon. Teflon is a brand name. PTFE, Neverstick, Teflon are all considered “forever chemicals” that have been shown to cause health and medical problems, especially in children.
