• Can make a smooth salsa, but not really a “food processor”. Makes great ice cream and sorbet.

• You could probably try but It probably won’t be super effective. I think you’d be better served getting a blender system (which ninja has) made for those types of cutting jobs, as they’ll have blades that are flatter for that purpose. These blender blades are thick and angled with the intent of emulsifying as much as possible.

• I’ve used it to make frozen smoothie bowls with little liquid. I also made guac with slightly unripened avocados. It’s a very strong blender, so I don’t think it should be an issue.
