Yes, this coffee maker has a "Delay Brew" option. The button is underneath the clock, and the instructions are on page 17 of the Owner's Guide.

Yes. It's very simple to use, though I did have to read the instructions the first time, which were very easy to read and took me less than a minute to figure out.
