A:AnswerYes, there is a "Stay Warm" function after the coffee finishes brewing that keeps it warm for an hour or so. After that, you can hit the power button again and turn the "Stay Warm" back on and it'll re-heat the coffee back to hot. Still tastes good as well.
A:AnswerNot sure how long it stays warm but it stays hot for long enough for me to drink entire pot. I would say at least an hour and a half. As for adjusting temp I haven’t seen that capability
A:AnswerYou have to use ground coffee as the normal beans are too big and won’t filter. As for the tea, you can either use lose tea or tea bags both work perfect. This is not a Keurig type of machine so no K-Cups for this one.
A:AnswerHave to preheat. The frother on this maker is basically a hyper fast, vibrating stir stick with a "frothing coil" on the end. A normal espresso machine uses super heated steam which is a different function to how the Ninja's frother works.
A:AnswerI would order the one that comes with it. this one has a warming feature that the SS model doesn't. (this is naturally just my opinion) I have both and the warming feature works great. I do like the SS craft as well but there are small differences in the coffee makers
A:AnswerYou can make amazing iced coffee, but you can't make a real latte. Lattes require espresso, which this machine can not make. It can make a fake latte, by spewing out 4oz of strong coffee, which you can turn into a "latte" by frothing milk with the attachment and adding to the top.
A:AnswerI tried using some leftover basket filters, ended up having to fold them to fit into the same shape for them to properly work. If you have the patience to fold them to fit like a #4 then by all means, I unfortunately am too tired and too impatient to do all that.
A:AnswerFilling the water container can not be all the way up to the black tab, especially if you counter is not level. Water leaks down behind the container, to be found later. That was my experience. Now I fill to below the tab and have not problem.
A:AnswerHey
We had the same problem and contacted ninja and the sent out a new basket. Haven’t had any more problems. Some times the plastic the baskets are made of warp and then they won’t stay in.
A:AnswerThe unit is 15 inches tall. You do need additional clearance to remove the water reservoir, but it is very easy to pull out from under the cabinet to do so.
A:AnswerThe main difference between these two models is that the CP301 has a warming plate and glass carafe while the CP307 has a a thermal carafe and no warming plate.
