• This blender will blend ANYTHING, including Kale. I watched someone on the Ninja Foodi Blender Facebook group make lettuce soup and kale was in there. I'm like, lettuce soup, uh no! But they did make kale, so I can tell you, kale-mixing's something this thing does. It's a work horse!

• I add kale to fruit smoothies. It grinds very well, but not as smooth as a vitamix. I can still feel some small pieces, but not big enough that i have to chew. It's definitely drinkable.
