If you're asking about fruits like bananas, then yes. But if you use fruit with edible skin like Kiwis then no.

Cut fruit and vegetables the night before and store into fridge. Then blend it in the morning. Don't forget to add water or juice otherwise you will make delicious baby food instead of a smoothie.
