“I’ve just bought it. When I put on the GRILL and the moment PRE comes on the whole thing is switching off. I did press restart button, done it many times but same thing is keep happening. Also I tried to SMOKER for 1 h and my food didn’t even got warm!”

Your pulling too much electricity from wherever you’re plugging it into, don’t plug it into a power strip, should always be plugged directly into the wall outlet or an extension cord that’s heavy duty enough to prevent it from tripping
