I don’t have an answer, but that did happen to me the first time I used it to smoke a beef tenderloin. Since it was new, I didn’t realize there was no smoke coming out like it should have been. The only thing I could think of was maybe I packed the pellets in too tightly and they couldn’t ignite.I haven’t had the problem since that first time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Even now, after 6 months of weekly (sometimes more) use, I will get this same problem. If there is a lack of smoke during the initial startup, I use a wooden skewer and run it straight down through the pellets. That seems to realign the pellets and soon smoke comes pouring out. (Crazy I know, but it works) I also use this approach if I add additional pellets during the cooking time
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That the container the pellets are in out wait a minute put the back and hold woodfire button for 3 seconds til it turns on it will ignite pellets then just wait it should work now
