Hi there, The power cord on your Woodfire Outdoor Grill should remain cool to the touch during normal operation. If you notice that the cord is getting hot, we recommend unplugging the unit immediately and contacting our Customer Service team at 1-800-365-0135 for assistance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, it’s not normal. Are you referring to the built-in cord, or the extension cord you’re using? If it’s the extension cord, then you are using too thin/cheap of a cord. Should be at least a 14 GA cord, 12 GA is better. If it’s the built-in cord, then I would contact customer service.
