• I haven’t found this to be a problem yet, but when I’m done cooking everything for everybody, I leave the door open for a quicker cooling, and I wiped the inside with a damp cloth. Again, make sure that it’s out of the reach of little hands, and fingers.

• No. We made smoked wings and smoked Mac and cheese then made pizzas the next night and there wasn’t a residual Smokey flavor.

• You control the smoke. The degree of smokey flavor depends on the amount of pellets used. If smokey flavor is not desired do not use any pellets

• We have smoked a number of things (including pizza) in the past. We do NOT notice smokey flavor when we don't add wood pellets. For example, we smoked ribs on Sunday and made cookies on Monday with no smokey taste.
