• No, it’ll still smoke. Even making a pizza will generate a surprising amount of smoke.

• YES. WE USE OURS IN THE KITCHEN AND HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM. IT DOES TAKE UP A LOT OF COUNTER SPACE BUT WE JUST MOVE IT WHEN WE ARE DONE.
