- Answer if you have a best buy rewards account their customer service may be able to find the other card in your purchase history. they might be able to resend but no promises

- Answer you can email the card anywhere in the world but it may not work. each region had a different eshop

Questionwhen purchasing an egift card for a gift how do you get it to go to that person's email and not mine .. I have not seen anywhere to do that

- Answer When you receive the email notification, you then have to forward to the person receiving the gift card. An extra step have to take.

QuestionI'm sure my card wasn't activated because it was brought out to me with curbside pickup(took 1hr 20 min waiting). Disappointed kid on Christmas morning :( I'm assuming I just bring it in and BB activates it?

- Answer No, unfortunately not. I’ve tried several times and they won’t let you use Best Buy gift cards on these. Both online and in store are a no-go.
