• you can email the card anywhere in the world but it may not work. each region had a different eshop

• The value would not be the same out of U.S. France & Poland uses E.U. currency and the current conversion rate is, as of 07/05/22 $1.00 vs the euro is €.97. Morocco uses the dirham @ .099. Also there may be ( more than likely) a currency conversion charge from your credit card provider unless you have Discover credit card which does not charge a fee.
