• To my knowledge, no store offers refunds on prepaid cards. I accidentally scratched off the barcode on a Nintendo eShop card from another retailer and was able to have it added to my account by calling Nintendo customer service. There is another number on the card you can give them to look it up and see if it has been activated. I read as much of the scratched off portion as I could and they had it added to my account pretty quickly.
