I’ve been waiting for 5 hours, some have waited only 10 minutes. Unfortunately there’s no way of telling with this website despite them stating it takes up to (at most) an hour.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have waited over 15 hours before cancelling my order. Usually is is around 10 minutes. There is no reason a digital code cannot be sent immediately. Bestbuy will give you different reason about the wait. Blamed my bank and also said waiting for nintendo to make a code and send it. Their customer service might need some more training.
