Hi, 

If the right Neon Red Joy con (remote) is broke. Yes, this product will work. All to do is remove the broken joy con buy pressing the small unlock release button right behind the R button and release the joy con. Then when you receive this product place it onto the console. Make sure to lock it in place.

As long as the switch isn't damaged and it's a Switch with the removable controllers (not a switch lite), a replacement right side controller will work.
