Yes and no. It's not really a screen protector per-say, but instead a shatterproof film that is on the glass screen. You see it a lot on cellphones. It's not something you can remove without damaging the screen so I don't really consider it a screen protector. That being said, the screen is a lot more scratch resistant than the original switch or switch lite screen.

Technically no, it's just a plastic sheet designed to catch the glass if the actual screen breaks. This plastic sheet is non-removable and easily scratched, I would 100% recommend getting a screen protector for the switch OLED.
