Hello. The Switch OLED is 9.5 inches instead of 9.4 inches for the regular switch. So things that fit very tightly, such as grips cases or protective cases will most likely not fit. However most carrying cases should still work, as long as the carrying case is not a very tight fit.

It may be a bit of a snug fit in some cases & grips, but in general, your existing accessories will work with the new OLED switch. So yes, the new switch will work with older cases.
