As long as you don't use the code yourself you can send them the code by many different means such as taking a screenshot of the page showing the code to send or writing it down on a piece of paper and giving it to them(make sure your handwriting is neat!), or you can copy the text of the code and send that to them-this last one is probably the best way to go about it!
