- Answer I have the same issue, contacted with them before, seems they have to ship the product back and pay around 93$ plus fees to fix it for you as they don’t have the tire itself.

- Answer Personally, I downloaded the app on my phone and had no problem with mine. Which I assembled it and charged it fully before I turned it on for the first time. I hope you get this resolved, it has been a ton of fun for my 14 yr old.

- Answer I personally weigh 270 lbs and it will reach max speed on level ground. Up hill will decrease and sometimes have to manually push with one foot.
