Hi there. From the mobile app, you can upload up to 100 photos at a time, 10 of which can be videos. Not sure why you're only getting 9. Please contact Nixplay Customer Support so we can help you out with this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, Honestly, not sure. First time I used the frame I uploaded 11 pictures at one time. The next time I uploaded pictures I didn't count - I just selected the photos that I wanted, uploaded the pictures, and in a minute or so the pictures were on the frame. If you upload 100 photos, I'm sure it would take some time to show up on your frame (since this is all being done over wifi - unless you have an amazing wifi connection).
